Tools for Success is a school-to-career program that helps eligible 17-21 year old Jefferson Adult Education high school diploma and GED students with financial assistance, college, career and personal counseling, workforce readiness, paid internships and job placement. Tools for Success is funded by the San Mateo County Workforce Investment Board and the Jefferson Union High School District.

Tools for Success provides other support such as referrals, leadership and enrichment activities.
